THEN it is time to increase your ASEA dose! It can sometimes take an increased dose for a short period of time to illicit a response to ASEA.
HOW much should you increase it?
Dr. David Silverman says: “After 7 days without a response of 2 ounces twice a day I have them double the dose right there to 8 ounces per day…Double it for a week, and if there is still no response then triple it to 12 ounces and once they see something they can decrease their dose to the maintenance dosage”
Dr. Maureen Hays, M.D. says” If people take more than 2 ounces twice a day they can find their ‘sweet spot.’ In my family we take at least 8 ounces in the morning and depending on our needs and challenges we will add more. I have people experiment with it and listen to their bodies.”
Shawn Burke P.T.A, CPT says: “From an athlete standpoint the maintenance dosage is NOT recommended because we are constantly destroying our cells and need them to be replaced. I have all my athletes take 2 ounces in the morning, 2 ounces in the afternoon, and 2 ounces in the evening. If they do not see a difference I have them double consumption to 4 ounces/4 ounces/4 ounces, and if they still don’t see a difference I have them increase to 6 ounces/6 ounces/6 ounces… We are constantly putting our bodies at a higher intensity workout than the normal person so we need to replenish our cells at a higher level. Rejuvenating the cells at the optimal level will give the athlete the optimal outcome.”
There is almost nothing else as safe for the body as ASEA. It is safer than tap water, spring water, or alkaline water.
